| 内容記述 | 本論文の目的は、学修者本位の教育を実現するために発生する様々な問題の解決に向け、教学経営推進人材が、組織レベル・施策レベル・人材レベルにおいてどのように活動し、困難に立ち向かっているかについて含意を引き出すことにある。そのために、教学経営推進人材が必要とされる背景や経緯を整理するとともに、大学の教育目的の達成や学修者本位の教育の実現に向けて問いを設定し、文献調査やインタビュー調査を通じた検討を行った。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to draw implications on how personnel for management of teaching and learning promotion are working at the organizational, policy, and human resource levels to solve various problems that arise in order to realize learner-oriented education, and to confront the difficulties. To this end, the background and circumstances that led to the need for personnel to promote management of teaching and learning were summarized, questions were formulated regarding the achievement of the university's educational objectives and the realization of learner-oriented education, and these questions were examined through a literature review and interview survey. | |||||||||||||
