| 内容記述 | 近代日本においてキリシタンという存在が一般に知られたのは、明治後期以降である。当初はある種の胡散臭さを伴ったディレッタント的な紛い物と見做されていたが、1900年頃になり徐々にその存在が明らかとなった。1910年代に入り、北原白秋らが『五足の靴』の出版や、1920年の茨木キリシタンの発見に注目が集まった。1930年頃東京大学の姉崎正治によってキリシタンは学問の俎上に上げられることとなる。本研究は、如何なる経緯を辿って現在のキリシタン研究に繋がっているかについて考察する、キリシタン研究史研究である。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In modern Japan, the existence of the Kirishitan community became generally known from the late Meiji period. Initially, it was seen as a dilettantish imitation with a suspect origin, but its reality gradually became recognized around 1900. Furthermore, in the 1910s, famous writers of the time such as Hakushu Kitahara published "Gosoku no kutsu," and the presence of Kirishitan become widely known among the population, accompanied with elements of tourism. In 1920, Ibaraki Kirishitan were discovered, which is said to be a great discovery of the century, and it attracted attention. Around 1930, Masaharu Anesaki of the University of Tokyo finally brought Kirishitan up for academic discussion. Accordingly, this study is a "historical study of Kirishitan research" that extends up to the present time. | |||||||||||||
