P. Follett promoted in the early twentieth centry, which some Quaker thinkers viewed as theoreticallty similar to Quaker decision-making. This article shows that, considering Follett's theory, decision-making in the Quaker model is certainly close to the logic of deliberation democracy in the present time, and moreover, that it also has a mechanism that makes it possible to reach agreement in meetings, while at the same time, such agreement can be defferenciated or relativatized by self-nihilation. Specifically, this mechanism allows the discussion (the interiority) to open more widely to otherness or exteriority (for example, unexpected insights and
