| 内容記述 | 近年のソーシャルワーク実践では，スピリチュアルな側面を含む全人的な存在としてクライエントを理解することが求められつつある。そのためにはソーシャルワーカー自身にスピリチュアリティへの気づきや変容が求められるが，本稿ではソーシャルワーカーの自己覚知に関する先行研究を検討することで，その中にそれらが含まれていることを明らかにした。また，気づきの契機となる危機的状況と乗り越えについては，スピリチュアル・エマージェンシーや共感的疲弊，外傷後成長といった概念を検討し，筆者が体験した外傷後成長の過程を分析した。その結果，自己覚知においてスピリチュアリティの気づきと変容が重要になることが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, it has become necessary to recognize the client as a whole person, including the spiritual aspects, in the assistance scene of social work practice. In order to understand the client holistically, social workers are now required to consider the spirituality of their clients. At the same time, social workers themselves will need to be aware of their own spirituality and transform it. In this paper, we examined the previous studies on self-awareness of social workers, and considered the spiritual awareness and transformation of social workers. As considering a trigger for spiritual awareness and transformation, we can assume the change of one's own values and overcoming the resulting crisis. In order to explain this, I examined the concept of Spiritual Emergency and Compassion Fatigue. And then, I have shown that the concept of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) can have important implications. In addition, I presented the actual process of PTG by picking up a case that the author experienced. Finally, I organized how such a process is positioned in Self-Awareness of social workers. | |||||
