| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，誰にでも乗れる地下鉄にする運動を再評価することである。誰にでも乗れる地下鉄にする運動とは，京都市営地下鉄の建設時に，身体障害者が中心となってエレベーターの設置を求めた運動のことである。この運動に関する先行研究はあるが，運動の根拠となる資料が乏しかった。本研究ではこの運動で共有された資料を入手し，運動の過程を明らかにした。 現在，障害者の移動・移送をめぐる問題は深刻化している。その中で，本稿で取り上げた運動の事例は，障害者だけでなく，高齢者や女性など他のマイノリティを運動に巻き込んだ点，運動の過程で，より重度な障害者の存在を意識していた点で，現在でも意義があるものとして再評価された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to reevaluate the movement to make the subway accessible to all. The movement to make the subway accessible to all refers to the movement led by physically disabled people who demanded the installation of elevators during the construction of the Kyoto Municipal Subway. Although there have been previous studies on this movement, the data for the basis of the movement were weak. In this study, we obtained documents that were shared in the movement and clarified the process of the movement. Currently, problems surrounding the mobility and transportation of people with disabilities are becoming more serious. In this context, the case of the movement discussed in this paper was reevaluated as being significance even today in that it involved not only disabled people but also other minorities such as the elderly and women in the movement, and in the process of the movement, there was awareness of the existence of people with more severe disabilities. |
