 note = {沈黙の礼拝で有名なクエーカーは、三つの流れに枝分かれしながらも、特殊な集会様式を約370年に亘って保持してきた。それとほぼ同等の期間 、保持されてきたのが業務集会の合議形式である。彼らの合議形式は、沈黙の内に祈りを合わせ、最後の最後まで異質な意見に開かれつつ、話し合い、集会としての一致を目指すものである。本稿では、多様化してしまった20世紀来の自由主義クエーカーの信仰類型に着目し、それぞれの類型における合議形成・組織形成のあり方について検討する。特にユニバーサリズムにカテゴライズされる自由主義クエーカー信仰における合議形式の問題点、つまり対話と言いながらも、自己充足的な理論的構図がこうした対話を危うくする要素を持つことを示す。, This article aims to investigate diversified Liberal Quakerism, and to examine the decision-making styles in each type of Liberal Quakerism. Although Quakers diverged into three strains in the early 19th century, they all have held their silent meeting style up to today. They also have long had another tradition of business meeting and of its procedure of decision-making since the later 17th century. Simply speaking, Quakers pray for God in the style of silent meeting and talk with other attendants about the business agendas, opening themselves to different opinions to the last, so that they can exercise communal discernment and reach the unity. This article shows that there are some problems in the business style of Universalist-Liberal Quakerism, supported especially by Theory U. That is, Universalist-Liberal Quakerism has such a self-closed and self-contained structure that there would be an impossibility of dialogue in the business meetings., 論文(Article), application/pdf},
