For the solution of this problem, it is required to make inquiries into the reproduction and competition process of individual capitals and the formation of industries in society. I have come to the conclusions as follows: In the end of boom, wage and interest rate rise while market prices decline. They all strain the profit rate and make capital over-accumulation. The key of formation of industries depends on reproduction process of individual capitals in consumer goods industry.
