| 内容記述 | 近年産業集積はますます重要な概念となっているが、定量的な実態分析の蓄積は十分ではない。本稿では最近進展著しいGIS(地理情報システム)を駆使して、これまで定量的に明らかにされることが少なかった小地域統計データによる工業集積の空間的なファクトファインディングを試みる。分析対象とした大阪市および東大阪市についての『工業統計』町丁目別集計のGIS分析からは、以下の2点が明らかになった。まず空間的相関係数を計測したところ、集積性は事業所密度、従業者数密度、出荷額密度の順で低くなる。時系列でみた場合、とりわけ出荷額で集積性低下の方向が認められる。2点目は、生産性と集積に関して空間的相関を考慮した回帰分析を試みたところ、従業者密度では生産性に対して正のパラメーターが検出される一方、事業所密度については認められなかった。政策的含意として、今後事業所レベルでの集積維持を図るよりも従業者数に重点を置いた施策が求められるのかもしれない。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years manufacturing agglomeration has been highly appreciated as a valuable concept, but the statistical actual condition survey has not been sufficient. In this paper I have a try to make spatial fact-findings of manufacturing agglomeration by the statistic data tabulated by small areas which have scarcely been made apparent quantitatively. For this reason I will make free use of GIS which has recently made remarkable progress. The GIS analysis of the totality classified by Census of Manufactures tabulated by small areas for Osaka City and Higashi-Osaka City shows the following two points: (1)the measurement of a spatial correlation coefficient shows that agglomerative inclination becomes lower in order of density as follows: an undertaking place (the number of establishments), the number of employees, the amount of forwarding (shipment). Agglomerative inclination of shipment became lower year by year; (2)the Spatial Econometric regression analysis which was carried out with spatial correlation in mind, concerning productivity and agglomeration, revealed that agglomerative inclinations showed "positive" to productivity in the density of employees, but showed no sign to the density of undertakings. As a politic implication it is suggested in the actual enforcement of a policy that hereafter emphasis should be placed rather on the number of employees than on trying to maintain agglomeration in business operation. | |||||||||||
