| 内容記述 | 本稿は、中国における改革・開放政策以降の金融発展、経済成長および投資効率の関係について、株式市場に上場されている企業データを利用した実証研究である。ここで得られた結果によると、上場企業にも拘わらず、資金調達の大部分は銀行借入に大きく依存している。ところが、銀行借入は効率的な投資資金として利用されていない。さらに、銀行からの短期借入以外に多様な資金調達のチャネルはなく、企業の外部金融構造は合理的ではない。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Through an empirical study about the relationship between financial development and economic growth in China based on firm-level data, this paper finds that, even for listed companies, the bank loans are the most important external financial funding and support the active investment activity of the firms. However, these firms did not make use of bank loan with high efficiency. Moreover, except for the short bank loan, other financial instruments utilized by enterprises are not enough, so the structure of external finance for these firms is not rational. | |||||
