It also considers the problem of continuity in German history: the reason of enactment of the barbarian law \"Zigeuner und Arbeitsscheuengesetz\" (i.e., the law against Gypsy and the work-shy in 1926), which was later in Nazi regime applied to social exclusion of \"Asoziale\" (Asocial).
