These individuals can suddenly attract huge public attention and criticism after disseminating careless messages through social network systems. This phenomenon shows that, at present, "mass communication" is functioning as a trigger through which some of the most diversified social systems composing a society can operate. A German sociologist, Niklas Luhmann, defines the word "communication" as the synthesis of three selections, these are : "information," "utterance," and "understanding." Social system starts to operate when the sequence of communication commences with the receivers understanding the information.
