In the U.S., Local Food Hubs (LFH) that collect and distribute local food are emerging especially past two decades, and are encouraging local food distribution system. It is wondered LFH can maintain its value of "LOCAL" spread by such as Farmers Market and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). The concept of local food is not meaning food only coming from small area or short distance.
