炭素・窒素安定同位体比から見える自然界の食物連鎖 : その普遍性と持続性 タンソ チッソ アンテイ ドウイ タイヒ カラ ミエル シゼンカイ ノ ショクモツ レンサ : ソノ フヘンセイ ト ジゾクセイ C/N isotope fingerprints along food chains : their general nature and sustainability 炭素窒素安定同位体比から見える自然界の食物連鎖 : その普遍性と持続性 40013578 和田, 英太郎 ワダ, エイタロウ Wada, Eitaro 野口, 真希 ノグチ, マキ Noguchi, Maki 40390710 石井, 励一郎 イシイ, レイイチロウ Ishii, Reiichiro open access DA03409702 同志社大學經濟學會 The Doshisha Economic Association 468 窒素・炭素同位体自然存在比 食物連鎖 持続性 C/N naturel abundances food chains sustainability 本稿では、炭素と窒素の同位体精密測定法を生態系の解析に応用した例について、その詳細を解説する。生元素安定同位体比の変動は化学・生化学反応の際必ず起こり、その変動の大きさは反応機構や反応経路によって異なる。このため同位体比の変動から対象とする化合物の起源･生成経路がわかる。更には窒素サイクル、炭素サイクルの特徴、生き物の物質循環内での位置付け、食物網の構造などの知見が得られ、最近は生態学、生物地球化学、環境科学、古生物学、考古学など広い分野で使われている。ここではヒトの食文化と自然界の食物連鎖解析を中心に紹介、そこから導きだされる食物連鎖の普遍性と持続性について考察した。 The trophic fractionation of carbon and nitrogen isotopes (Δδ13C, Δδ15N) has been examined for food chains in marine and terrestrial environments. The following two features were elucidated: 1. for each ecosystem, the ratios of trophic fractionation of Δδ15N / Δδ13C throughout the food chain could be obtained as the slope of the linear regression line on the δ15N–δ13C plot, and 2. analysis of covariance revealed that the slopes on δ15N–δ13C were not significantly different among these various ecosystems, as shown in the following equation: δ15N = 1.61 δ13C + [ecosystem specific constant].
