領有権をめぐる紛争と生産性格差 : 一般均衡モデルによる政治経済分析 リョウユウケン オ メグル フンソウ ト セイサンセイ カクサ : イッパン キンコウ モデル ニヨル セイジ ケイザイ ブンセキ Sovereignty disputes over territory and a productivity gap : general equilibrium model of political economy 70351278 DA18511826 東, 良彰 アズマ, ヨシアキ Azuma, Yoshiaki open access DA03409702 同志社大學經濟學會 The Doshisha Economic Association 331.19 領有権 生産性格差 政治経済学 sovereignty disputes over the territory a productivity gap political economy 本稿では、各国の生産技術や領有権の攻防に用いられる技術の変化が、領有権をめぐる紛争にどのような影響をもたらすのかを、政治経済学の観点から一般均衡モデルを用いて分析する。本稿の分析で得られる主要な結果の一つは、自国に対する相手国の資本の相対的生産性が十分に高ければ、自国は相手国からの攻撃を抑止するよう自らの領域を完全防衛することが最適になるということである。本稿の分析は、世界同時的な資本の生産性成長率の鈍化が生じた際に、相対的に鈍化の激しい国で領有権獲得に向けた動きが過熱する可能性のある一方、鈍化を抑制する適切な経済政策が実施されれば領有権をめぐる紛争の緩和にもつながることを示唆するものである。 In this study we analyze a general equilibrium model of the allocation of resources among appropriative and productive activities, with the distinction, originally made by Grossman and Kim (1995), between offensive weapons, which are instruments of predation, and fortifications, which provide defense against predation.
