          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">本研究では、学校の学習環境が生徒の主体性及びスクール・モラールにどのような影響を与えるのかを探索的に検討することを目的とした。前年度に高校を卒業した同志社大学1年次生219名（男性82名，女性137名）を対象に、回顧調査を実施した。高校3年時の主体性、スクール・モラール、学校学習環境、個人学習環境を質問紙法により測定した。パス解析の結果、学校学習環境と主体性の関連では、アクティブ・ラーニングは主体性の下位因子のうち自己表現、積極的な行動、自己を方向付けるものに影響を及ぼし、評価システムは自己表現、積極的な行動、自己決定力に影響を及ぼすこと、学校学習環境とスクール・モラールとの関連では、アクティブ・ラーニングはスクール・モラールの下位因子のうちクラス内での発言・話し合いに影響を及ぼし、評価システムはクラス内での発言・話し合い、学習満足、学習動機、チームワークに影響を及ぼすことが明らかになった。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">The present study examined effects of school learning environment on students' self-direction and school morale. 219 university freshmen answered a retrospective questionnaire about their selfdirection, school morale, and school learning environment in their high school days. The results of path analyses showed the following. In the relationship among school learning environment and self-direction factors, firstly active learning positively affected self-expression, positive action, and self-motivation, and secondly evaluation system positively did self-expression, positive action, and self-decision. In the relationship among school learning environment and school morale factors, firstly active learning positively influenced expression of opinion, and secondly evaluation system positively did expression of opinion, satisfaction in learning, learning motivation, and teamwork.</datacite:description>
