ユダヤ教における「自由」 : ヘブライ語聖書とラビ・ユダヤ教を中心に ユダヤキョウ ニオケル「ジユウ」 : ヘブライゴ セイショ ト ラビ・ユダヤキョウ オ チュウシン ニ Freedom in Judaism : the Hebrew Bible and rabbinic literature ユダヤ教における自由 : ヘブライ語聖書とラビユダヤ教を中心に 60399045 DA17974556 勝又, 悦子 カツマタ, エツコ Katsumata, Etsuko open access DA11696053 基督教研究会 199 自由 ヘブライ語聖書 ラビ・ユダヤ教文献 ヘルート トーラーの学び Freedom the Hebrew Bible Rabbinic Literature herut the Study fo Torah 昨今の宗教が絡む政治的紛争での「自由」論争を鑑み、一神教世界のルーツにあるヘブライ語聖書とその後のラビ・ユダヤ教文献における「自由」の概念の変遷を、自由を表すHR, HPhShを語根とする派生語の語感の変遷からたどる。ヘブライ語聖書においては両者ともに主として社会的階級を表す用語であった。ラビ・ユダヤ教文献においてherutという抽象概念が生まれ、出32.16での言葉遊びを契機に、トーラーの学びに拘束される「自由」観の萌芽がみられ、さらにその伝承が後代のミドラッシュ・アガダーの発展していく。「自由」がより個人の領域に解放され、トーラーの学びという要因が強調されていく様子が窺えた。 Today, "freedom" is often discussed in the context of political or religious conflicts all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the development of the concept of "freedom" in the Hebrew Bible and in rabbinic literature. Analyzing the usage of the words derived from the roots HR and HPhSh leads to the following observations. Firstly, the words derived from these roots signify social order in both the Hebrew Bible and rabbinic literature. Secondly, in rabbinic literature, the noun form of "freedom", herut, emerged. Herut still indicates social status; however, herut is related to the study of the Torah by means of a play on the words in Exodus 32:16.
