地域社会のソーシャル・キャピタル生成におけるファンサークルのポテンシャルを考察する : 「プラスリラックスアートクラブ」の実践を手掛りに チイキ シャカイ ノ ソーシャル キャピタル セイセイ ニオケル ファンサークル ノ ポテンシャル オ コウサツ スル : プラスリラックスアートクラブ ノ ジッセン オ テガカリニ Potential of a Fan Circle for Social Capital Generation in a Community : From the Practice of "Plus-Relax Art Club" 小林, 清実 コバヤシ, キヨミ Kobayashi, Kiyomi open access DA12421221 同志社大学大学院総合政策科学会 318 ソーシャル・キャピタル ファンサークル 地域社会 実践 フィールドワーク ソーシャル・イノベーション 鑑賞 プラスリラックスアートクラブ Social Capital Fan Circle Community Practice Fieldwork Social Innovation appreciation Plus-Relax Art Club 地域社会のソーシャル・キャピタルの生成には、ボランティアやNPOなどの市民活動が欠かせない。しかし、一般市民にその必要性が共有され認識されることは容易ではなく、個々の市民が主体的内発的な活動として社会の課題に取り組むためには、準備や試用のための時間や場が必要である。本稿は、その時間や場のひとつとしてのファンサークルの機能に着目し、アートを愛好するファンサークル「プラスリラックスアートクラブ」でのフィールドワークに基づき、ソーシャル・キャピタルの定義や課題を通して、地域社会におけるファンサークルの可能性を考察した。結果、「愛好」を「支持」に変化させ、楽しみながら活動を継続するファンサークルの、市民活動への準備や試用の場としてのポテンシャルを明らかにしたものである。 Civic activity by volunteer groups or nonprofit organizations are indispensable for social capital generation in a community. However, it is not easy for citizens to recognize and share the fact. So, in order to be active every personal citizen independently and initiatively, the time and the space are required for preparations and trials.This study notices that a public art-fan circle would be able to function as time and space or not, through a fieldwork in a sample circle "Plus-Relax Art Club". As a result, I found the potential for civic activity of a fan circle where anyone will be able to continue to join and enjoy.
