2010年代に入り、EU域内に起因する「リベラル－保守」に関わる争点が、通常のEU政治過程、特に、欧州議会の審議過程で対立軸を構成する新たな事態が生じている。この対立構造を欧州議会での政党会派間の連携・対抗状況に見出し、そこで争点化した三つの事例を通じて解明している。
Entry into the 2010s, new issues arising in the EU political process, in particular the European Parliament deliberation process, constitute a conflict between liberal values and conservative values. We found this confrontation structure in the cooperation / opposition situation among political party factions in the European Parliament, and clarified through three cases which made it a point of debate.
