本稿は、大阪府松原市と阪南大学を中心とした、松原商工会議所の協力による産学官連携により2014年度に実施した松原市製造業実態調査をつうじて垣間見えてきた中小企業研究上の意義を提示することを目的としている。そして1つには、地方公共団体が中小企業の実態調査を行うと決めたタイミングで、近隣の大学の研究者に調査の協力などについて連携できること、またもう1つには、中小企業の実態調査から得られたデータの分析を踏まえ、有効な中小企業支援施策を提言することができるという点で、研究者が地域に貢献できることを指摘している。
This paper reveals the role of importance for the research of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) through the survey of industries in Matsubara City in Osaka by collaborating between Matsubara City and Hannan University. And it says they can collaborate each other to survey the industries when public sector decide to do the survey industries in the region and also that the researchers can contribute to the region by helping to consult the available SMEs policies though analyzing data gotten from the SMEs survey.
