On a consideration of the implementation process of internationalization for SMEs : a case study of JFP Co., Ltd. as a small agricultural firm in Japan
本稿は，日本の中小農業企業を対象にその国際化プロセスについて考察することを目的とする。ケースから明らかになったことは，従前の企業の国際化プロセスにかかる通説が，必ずしもこんにちの日本の中小企業の国際化の実態にはうまく適合しないということ，さらにその通説とは対照的に，こんにちの中小農業企業の国際化は，ボーングローバル企業として知られる，「創業と同時にあるいはその後2～3年に国際事業を展開するベンチャー・ビジネスまたは中小企業」であるということである。
This paper is focused on the internationalization process of small agricultural business in Japan. The case study reveals the general idea of firm internationalization process doesn’t match the actual behavior of small agricultural business in Japan and that the small agricultural business is a venture business or a firm which does international business at once or in 2-3 years after it starts its business, known in all over the world as a born global company.
